During Steve's first year at the Bank of Montreal, Chuck & Steve offered a weekend at the farm for BMO Winter Wish supporting the United Way.  With the event being held over the US Thanksgiving weekend, Steve made a little video to drum up the bidding.

After an aggressive bidding war, the winning bidder enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend at the farm.

Raleigh, Steve's best friend of 15 years, was laid to rest on the ridge in the pasture behind the pond.  Raleigh brought us all many wonderful memories - he will always be there with his "paw prints in the sand."

Nothing is as nice as having friends at the farm.  During summer vacation 2012 we took Alex and horse barn buddies Lauren & Laci down to the Kentucky Horse Park for Breyerfest . . . with a little stop at the farm.

Each year members of the family gather the weekend before Memorial Day for a bit of a family reunion and memorial services at the Allen Cemetery.  The Ames Farm & Family video captures one year's fun and adventures on the farm.
